Hello! My name is Anu and I have recently joined the CLIMB community. I am a Post doc in Mark Pallen’s group. I use the CLIMB VMs for analysing shotgun metagenome data where we use programs such as nullarbor, kraken and spades for assemblies and taxonomy assignments.
