Cannot access Cardiff instance

I unshelved a Cardiff instance a couple of weeks ago, and it worked well after a reboot. However, this morning I could not access the instance. I looked for the instance online but got the following comment:
‘The cardiff region is currently unavailable. Check the community forum for service status.’

@Samuel_Bloomfield I also have the same problem with my VM at Cardiff, so I don’t think it is just yours.
