I had problems connecting to my instances (at Cardiff) all afternoon and now I cannot connect at all. The Horizon interface also seems not to work.
Is there a problem with my instances or is it a general problem with Cardiff?

I can’t either and the contact in the contact us form is actually on leave and there is no other contact I could find.
i tried both to access on the website and with a ssh terminal.
Hope this will be solved soon.

Now everything seams solved on my side.
Can connect via ssh into my machines.
