Cardiff servers not showing up on Bryn

I’m trying to access a server hosted at Cardiff.

SSH is timing out, and when I check on Bryn, none of the servers are showing up.

An error message comes up on Bryn saying “Error fetching data from Cardiff tenant: timeout of 60000 ms exceeded”.

Any thoughts?
