I’d like access to create two new instances (my original is no longer available) and our group has an additional user. Once created this would be a total of 3 instances.
Cardiff server is currently not allowing new instances to be made.

Hello John,
We are upgrading the infrastructure everywhere in these weeks. As there will be downtimes and service disruptions, we decided not to accommodate any new instances until the upgrade is finished.
