EDGE issue: Session expired. Please login again

Hi,
I am struggling with the following error message (Session expired. Please login again.) when using EDGE (https://edge.climb.ac.uk/).

Basically I am getting logged out from my account after 5-30 seconds for no apparent reason.

EDGE has worked perfectly for a long time before this and so I wonder if this is a known/common issue at the moment? Please advice.

This is probably related to the problem you have encountered here (Problem connecting to lubuntu (noVNC) after restart).
