Feature Request: More topic categories on discourse

Hi,

If discourse.climb.ac.uk is the only way to report problems or ask for help, would it help to have new categories similar to “Bug Report”, “Support Request” or “Feature Request”?

There are now new categories for [Support Requests] (https://discourse.climb.ac.uk/c/support-requests) (“bug reports” should fall into this category) and [Feature Requests] (https://discourse.climb.ac.uk/c/feature-reqests).
