For anyone experiencing issues with Cardiff VMs following the unexpected downtime

Hi all,

If anyone is experiencing issues with VMs at Cardiff following the downtime last week/early this week, all you should need to do is to perform a reboot of your instance.

To do this in Bryn, go to ‘options’ for the relevant server, and select ‘reboot’.

If that doesn’t fix the problem, please post here so we can investigate.
