We have built a full version of the Kraken database as of November 2017, and have uploaded it to the CLIMB s3 for everyone to be able to download and use.

This should hopefully be the all of the complete bacterial, archeal, and viral genomes in Refseq.
Please let me know if there are any issues and I will have a look and rebuild if required!

Hi Rosalind - I tested this database this morning with no errors.
The download also includes the original fasta files used to build the database - so you can use those to check that your target taxa are included.
