High memory node

Hello,

I would like access to a high memory node for temporary basis. I am running some large metagenome sequence assemblies and it is taking forever to finish in my current VM (32 Gb in Warwick).

I would like to have at-least 128GB memory.

Hi Anu,

There is a bit of a backlog for large instances at the moment. If you could DM me your group name, size of instance and duration you will be needing it for then I will look at availability.
