I am new to Climb and I was wondering if Qiime is installed in the server? I have looked up all the programs installed in the server but could not find it.
QIIME isn’t installed on the GVL base image, but the developers provide some simple tutorials for installing with Miniconda:
They recommend moving to QIIME 2 as support and development on QIIME 1 will cease in January 2018.

Yes, I figured out that Qiime is not installed on GVL so I followed the instructions to install miniconda 3 and then installed Qiime with that. This time I installed Qiime1 but I will switch to Qiime2 soon.
