Launching a GVL server Cardiff

Hi,

I am a new CLIMB user and I have been trying to launch a GVL server Cardiff. When I try to I get the following error message ‘Launching new instances is temporarily disabled for this region (cardiff)’. Do you know when it will be possible to launch a new server?

Hi Rory,

You will need to check which regions permit new instances to be launched. You can do so at this page - https://bryn.climb.ac.uk/status. Currently only Swansea is open. You can change the region in the ‘change region’ tab at the bottom of your team page.

Hi Sion,

Thanks for your quick reply. I just tried change the region to Swansea but I got the following message ‘Your team doesn’t currently have a tenant registered for this region (Swansea).’
