Launching new instance (GVL server)

Hi, I’m new to CLIMB and can’t seem to launch a GVL server. A ‘build’ status is present for a few seconds before it changes to ‘error’. I’m attempting to launch via Swansea as it’s the only location available, but perhaps it is also full to capacity?
