We’ve just discovered a bug in the way that the GVL webserver updates are handled - this means that new instances do not initialize correctly following a package update.
We’re working on a fix, and will enable launching again as soon as possible.
We’ve rebuilt the GVL image to fix the problem, and launching is now enabled at Birmingham and Cardiff.
Warwick remains disabled as it is completely full.
