Hi!
I have been trying to use different programs and it looks like I don’t have access to any. E.g.: ABRicate and roary. I have tried to install them using LinuxBrew, but with this too I had problems and can’t seem to update/install (?) Brew properly. I ran brew doctor, but I am not sure what I should do with the warnings. I am wondering if my account is not set up properly as I thought these programs would be available.
May I, please, get some help.
