Lost all my data on my Volume

HI

I was running an instance and had to do a hard reboot but when I logged back in the volume was completely empty. It just contains the base directory ‘docs’. Is there any way to get this data back? it was a lot of work.

Hi Connor,

Has you instance recently been restarted? If this is the case then the volumes will be unmounted and will need to be remounted to be accessible. The base directory in which they were previously mounted will still be present, but will look empty.
