Lost keys for instances

Hello,

We are unable to retrieve the passwords and keys from the the previous users of three instances on our lab groups CLIMB account. Since launching new instances is disabled, would it be possible to reset/reinstall the three existing instance instead with new keys? (all volumes have been detached and all data retrieved)

Server name: Metagenomics, Region: Birmingham. OS: Ubuntu. IP: 147.188.173.76
