Missing data from volume

I have recently logged into CLIMB after a few months of inactivity and it appears that the volume which contained my data is now empty. I have used it since the shelving in August and it appears to be active and still attached, but the volume appears to be empty and all of my files from are missing. Has anyone else had this problem or know of a possible solution?

Hi Lucy,

The volume may have become detached due to the instance rebooting during maintenance. Could you check that the volume is still attached and mounted. If this does not resolve your problem please send me the volume ID from the advanced interface and we can follow up.
