Docker is pre-installed on Genomics Virtual Laboratory.

E.g. Docker:

You may find you need to add ubuntu to the Docker group first, edit /etc/groups under sudo to change the line that reads

docker:x:999:galaxy

to

docker:x:999:galaxy,ubuntu
