Port 22: Broken pipe Connection refused

On Tuesday, randomly I was thrown off my server and when I tried to reconnect via terminal I got
$ packet_write_wait: Connection to XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX port 22: Broken pipe
ssh: connect to host XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX port 22: Connection refused
I rebooted my instance, and remounted my volumes and then it worked again. However, it’s just done it again now and rebooting it hasn’t fixed it.
My VM is hannahpugh and hosted at Bham.

It seems as if it just took a little longer than usual to load up. You seem to have access now and ssh access is working.
