Problem re-starting instance after shelving

Hello,

I’m having a problem unshelving an instance (cns-rnaseq) on Warwick region.

In the instance overview on the Horizon interface, it gives the below error message

‘Fault
Message Cannot recv data: Connection reset by peer
Code 500
Details
Created June 27, 2017, 11:04 a.m.’

The log says 'unable to get log for instance ’
