Problem reading files on mounted volume?

Hi there,

I’ve been having an issue this morning trying to basecall some fast5 files with albacore. The tiles are on a volume mounted to instance 147.188.173.235.

The log files says that no input reads were found.

I’ve checked several times and the paths are correct.

I’ve tested on a path to some reads I basecalled last week without issue and the same problem happened.

I’ve also tried the code on my local machine and it works fine, so the files aren’t corrupted.

I’ve rebooted the instance and remounted the volume and this hasn’t fixed it.

All I can think is that something is stopping the instance from reading the files on the mounted volume. Is that feasible?

It’s started to work now! Maybe I didn’t leave it long enough after rebooting.
