Problems accessing Cardiff site

I’m trying to access an instance on the Cardiff site. Is there a problem with it? Or just me?

Hi Phil!
Cardiff is under maintenance as communicated by an e-mail sent last Thurday: “Please be aware that we need to undertake power works in Cardiff on the 17th, 18th and 19th of July, so we will power CLIMB-BIG-DATA down in Cardiff for that weekend.”.

It’s worth checking if the email went to spam or if the e-mail you used to register to CLIMB is still valid, as they send quite important communications from time to time.

Ah! Sorry. Do you work for CLIMB? If so, can you tell me what the process is for changing the email associated with my account?

Hi,
I cannot access my VM at Cardiff as at a minute ago today 21Jul2020. Just checking if the maintenance works are still on-going?

My VM was shelved–it is now up and running after unshelving it.
