Problems using existing instances on Warwick

Hi

I have “inherited” two instances in “Oggioni microbial genetics” : “chaz” and “pacbio” that I am having problems accessing/using - the user who set them up is no longer in the group but did leave the cluster passwords. They are active (but expire in 10 days) and I can get to GVL for both

but whenever I try to access any services from GVL I get repeated requests to put in the cluster password and never get access.

I have also tried SSH but also no access. I have tried re-booting them.

Both VMs are at Warwick
