SMRT_portal issues

Hi,

Still having trouble with SMRT portal

I have it loaded on an instance at warwick “pacbio” but it no longer works and keeps stalling on the first task on any job I give it.

I tried launching a second instance at birmingham, but smrt portal even fails to load onto that instance.

Unfortunately, I need the modification analysis so cannot use canu,

any suggestions would be appreciated?

Hi Joe - I’ve PM’d you about this.

We haven’t managed to finalise the fix for this on new VMs yet, but I can help you get up-and-running on a per-instance basis for the time being.
