SMRT portal not loading onto an instance

Hi,

I have tried servers across all the sites, but when I go to load the smrt portal from the admin page, on all instances, it will load for a while, then go back to the install option. I have tried rebooting the servers to. I launched both climb.group and the large or medium options but still no luck

Does anyone have any advice?

This is difficult to troubleshoot without more information I’m afraid. You’ve taken all of the correct steps already; rebooting, trying different sites etc.

I’ll send you a PM for some more information to push this on further.

For future readers - the problem is now fixed on @Joe_Ralph’s instance, and we’ll push out a fix to the GVL base image to fix the problem on future instances.
