Snapshots not uploading/saving

*1. Hi, I’m having an issue making a snapshot of an instance. I click to do it, the pop up at the top right is green saying successfully made, then this happens:

And it just stays like that.
If I go back to the instances page:

it looks like this. Eventually this vanishes as if it’s finished but when I go to the images bit it isn’t there. I don’t see any error flash up.

*2. The instance is called “installer”.

Hi Emma,

Please try to make a snapshot now.

Still doing the same thing.

Problem solved, the VM had to be restarted manually (with some extra tweaks) by a system administrator.
