Ssh connection refused

Hi,

I’m having problems connecting to my account.

I’m getting this: ssh: connect to host 137.205.69.165 port 22: Connection refused

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Emma,

Have you checked that the instance is active and not shelved?

If that doesn’t solve it could you pm me with the name of your group and the site that the instance is located in please.
