Hello all,
I’m receiving the below error when trying to connect to an VM on the Birmingham system. It was working last week but now seems unreachable - I have unshelved it following the scheduled maintenance over the weekend and have tried a hard reboot as well. The system is running Ubuntu. I’d appreciate any suggestions you might please be able to offer me.
Thanks and best wishes,
Zoe.
