Trouble logging in

Hi,

I have been trying to ssh into my CLIMB account (ubuntu@147.188.173.86) in the last four days, using multiple laptops and wi-fi connections. However all attempts ended with a long wait before the error message “operation timed out” appeared. Meanwhile I have no problem logging into other server.

I have been using this account for about 3 years, and that issue has never occured before. Would you mind looking into that?

Just wondering if you have seen the post above. I realised I havent catagorised that previously, so I have edit the post by adding the “Support Requests” label.
