Unable to attach volume to server (Birmingham)

I am trying to re-attach a volume to a server. I click attach and select the server, but the interface just gives me an AVAILABLE with the spinning progress, but never attaches.

server is 147.188.173.180 (Birmingham), Volume is called “gono”
