Unshelving a VM at Warwick - not available via Brynn dashboard

I see from Warwick region offline - #2 by Michaela.Matthews that Warwick is currently not available via the dashboard but you are able to manage VMs. I have a VM at Warwick, which I shelved in preparation for the scheduled maintenance earlier this month, but I cannot unshelve and restart it now (because it’s not appearing in the Brynn dashboard). Are you able to unshelve and boot-up my VM at Warwick, please?

I found the solution was to simply create a new VM from scratch at Birmingham. No need to resurrect my old VM from warwick now.
