VM at Warwick stuck on 'Shutoff'

Hi, my VM on the Mahenthiralingam group at Warwick is stuck on ‘shutoff’. If I select start then there is a loading symbol but no change to the status even if the page is refreshed. I noticed this issue was encountered by another user recently (see post VM keeps shutting off). Please could you advise me on how to start the VM -is this a problem on my end or an infrastructure issue?
