VM stuck in Hard Reboot

My VM (jrmicl-clovr; Swansea) could not open R after I got the last version 4.1.0 and updated its packages with update.packages(ask= F)

I then tried to reboot, but now it is stuck in “HARD_REBOOT”.

What can I do to fix it?
