VM stuck on Hard_Reboot

Hi,
I was not able to ssh into one of my VMs - assembly3 on the account VirusComparativeGenomics today so I tried to reboot it on the Bryn server - it is now stuck on Hard_Reboot. I have had this problem before (see VM stuck on "Hard_Reboot") and someone fixed it for me so it would be great if someone could have a look.
