VM stuck on "Hard_Reboot"

Hi,

I am having a problem with one of my VMs - assembly2. I wasn’t able to connect this morning via ssh, so I tried to reboot it on the Bryn portal. Now it is stuck with the status as “Hard_Reboot”. My other identical VMs are running fine. All are running at Swansea.

I don’t really need the machine but I do need the data from the data volume which is attached - data2 - however when I try to detach it on the OpenStack “Manage Attachments” page it also fails.
