VM stuck on "Shutoff"

Hi,
My VM A2 on the account VirusBioinformatics2 at Swansea is stuck on “Shutoff” - if I select Start it just shows a loading symbol for a while then goes back to Shutoff.

There has been some hardware failure at Swansea.

I’m looking into the situation and hope to get things back online soon.

You should be ok to turn on any instances that were affected by this.
