Can't unshelve Birmingham instance

Hello,

One of my instances at Birmingham, ashton-oucru-pacbio, cannot be unshelved. I have been able to unshelve other instances on Birmingham this morning.

When I try to unshelve it, it says “unshelving” but just hangs for minutes. Then when I refresh the page, it shows the below error message:

Any thoughts?

Please ignore this, realised that it was an old instance which you guys helped me migrate across. Forgot that the new “version” has a different name.
