If I have forgot my password for my instance, is there anyway I can reset it? Also if I terminate it can I launch a new instance because it is saying a I cannot launch anymore instances. My IP address is 188.8.131.52. My user name is karastaunton.
We do not have access to your passwords and cannot recover them. I can arrange for you to to open a new instance in place of the old one (which will need to be deleted first). I have PMed you with details.
