Does anyone have an image they would like to share that includes oxford nanopore basecalling workflows, Ideally this would be an expansion of the nanopore essentials image currently available on Climb .
There are now several available nanopore base callers available so it would be usefull to have them all on a single instance.Im mainly interested in in the ONP programme " albacore", but an isntance wth several different base callers on would be ideal .
