SSH operation timed out - Swansea

Hello, I have a problem with one of my instances at Cardiff. It is active but, when I try to connect I get the message
ssh: connect to host XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX port 22: Operation timed out

Instance name is “biotiramisu”.

All other instances are working fine.

Can you please help?

Hi Andrea,
I had a similar problem with a Swansea server – I’ve just rebooted the server from the dash board, and it’s working know.
