Unable to launch new instance

Hi,

I am new to CLIMB and have been trying to launch my first GVL for a few days. I keep receiving the message that launching new instances at Cardiff are not available at the moment. Is this likely to be a long term problem?

Can I try launching a GVL else where besides Cardiff? If so, can you let me know how?

Hi again,

I did some more digging and found how to change regions. If anyone else is having similar problems, on the bryn splash page, the 4th blue box saying “change region” will let you try and start a new instance in a different place.
