VM stuck on "Hard Reboot"

Hi,
I couldn’t ssh into one of my instances - a2 on the account VirusBioinformatics2 - yesterday so I attempted to reboot it - now it is stuck on “Hard_Reboot”. Please can someone check if it is running OK?

There was some hardware failure at Swansea, you VM should be on now.
