My phone broke which I used for 2 step authentication. How can I access my account now?
When you set up your second factor, you were also given a list of 10 codes to use if your device was inaccessible. Those would be your first line of defense (I keep mine in my iCloud files).
Without that, you need an administrator’s help to remove your 2nd factor, then add it again.

I leave a comment here for other users: I found the recommendation of CLIMB admins to use Authy as authentication app to be fantastic: with Authy you have an account and you can generate codes from multiple devices, including a desktop computer.
