Cannot attach volume in Swansea

Hello

I am using the VM from Swansea in the Quadram Bioinformatics group. I have made a new volume of 2Tb in Horizon but I am not able to attach this volume to my VM. there is an error which shows " Error: Unable to retrieve attachment information."

Can you help me with this?
