Cardiff region unavailable?

Dear CLIMB team,

I got disconnected yesterday (~5PM) from my VM in Cardiff while I was working in it, and couldn’t reconnect (the connection timed out while ssh’ing). When I checked Bryn I couldn’t even see the list of VMs (I got the message “The cardiff region is currently unavailable. Check the community forum for service status.”). Same this morning. Is there any problem with the whole region?

Yep, we have had a core switch failure, and have had to put a support ticket in with the manufacturer. Will update once I have more information.
