Problem unshelving instance

Hello, I’m having trouble unshelving an instance on Birmingham CLIMB.

Server name is ashton-oucru-pacbio. When I try to unshelve the instance via the Bryn interface, it just hangs. I don’t remember shelving this instance, although it’s possible the licence expired.
