Unable to access an instance and now unable to re-attach my volumes

I am unable to access my instance by ssh, vnc or any other means. However this is not the issue. I am unable to detach one of the volumes from the instances and attach them to another instance in order to retrieve all of my data.

OralSciencegla on the swansea server is the instance that it is affecting.
The volume attached is entitled [SeconDrive_SequenceData]

We will look into this and get back to you. Could you send me your group name please?



You just need to turn off the VM.

I have done so and detached the volume.
