Unable to access Galaxy on GVL

Hi,

I have an Instance set up on the Swansea server named Helenstower but I am unable to access Galaxy and the status is marked X. Could you please check and see if you can see what the issue is? When I click on the Galaxy link it says there is no service running on this host or service is not responding.

Hi,

I think the best bet here is to terminate that instance and launch a new one, something has apparently gone wrong in creation.
